hello friends, my name is Alissa Marez. wife and mama to 5 boys. i started this journey to help mamas who need a second pair of hands. or mamas like me who needed someone to be their voice, when you can't speak. I have been a doula since i was 17. 4 natural births and 1 c-section. so, this mama has been on both sides. From one mama to another. my mission to help you have a happy and safe delivery. There are certain parts of pregnancy that the mother can only understand by listening to her own body. Yet, because each maternity journey is unique and crucial to ensuring a healthy pregnancy.
At Sweet Southern Doula, we have the compassion that is a hallmark of our prenatal care continues after birth. We feel so lucky to help provide San Antonio and surrounding areas. families and individuals with a safe, meaningful start to parenthood.
